Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Restocking Fees
- Opened items: %25 restocking fee.
- Unopened items: $8 restocking fee per order.
These fees help cover the cost of the return shipping label and warehouse processing, and will be deducted from your refund total.
Note: Outgoing shipping fees are non-refundable.
While we would love to offer the type of return features that some larger companies offer, as a small startup business we are currently not able to do so. Thank you for your understanding.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, and the applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As with all technology, there is a fail rate of devices. If your device has stopped working or arrives damaged, let us know and we will work hard to make it right quickly and painlessly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse, including cracked screens, water damage, or mishandling.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive the exchanged product we will refund your initial order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
